OK so here is the deal....I am something of a thrill seeker

4 years ago I was gainfully employed in technology sales in the Seattle area but I just wasn't happy. I was engaged to be married to a beautiful woman, had my first child on the way, all wonderful events and milestones in my life. BUT I guess you could say I was having a bit of a crisis. I was making good money but I wanted SO MUCH MORE out of life. I wanted it all, the time and resources to live my life the way I would if money were no object (you know the saying). So what did I do.....

I attended a FREE Multiple Streams of Income workshop sponsored by Robert Allen. I had no idea who he was but if they could do anything near what they were promising then I was hooked. Now this is one of those 3 day deals where I skipped out on work Friday and then did the whole Saturday and Sunday thing. By Sunday I was all in. The speaker, Jerry Foster, who has since become something of a mentor to me and someone I admire, did a fabulous job of selling the audience. Long story short I called my wife Ann at one of the breaks on Sunday and sold her on how wonderful our new life in real estate investing was going to be. I signed up, quit my job, and the rest as they say is history. OR as I like to say "history in the making".

Now 2 things to take away from this. #1 DON'T QUIT YOUR JOB WHEN YOU ARE GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR REAL ESTATE INVESTING CAREER. #2 If you plan to attend one of these seminars..better bring your checkbook. The training, mentorship, and networking elements of the program were Awesome. I highly recommend the program to anyone but again I caution you to walk before you run DON'T QUIT YOUR JOB!

Fast forward 4 years and I have built a modest real estate business with properties in several US cities including Kansas City, Memphis, Birmingham, Indianapolis, and Atlanta. I began by focusing on foreclosures and was buying them with none of my own money off credit cards. I have expanded into offering my clients turnkey real estate investment property across the country that provides tremendous ROI and cash flow. I also provide wholesale real estate investment deals for those investors that want to maximize their profits. My contacts and relationships nationwide ensure that you will find the team members needed to complete the project.

My company's mission is to help as many families as possible to secure quality housing by revitalizing depressed neighborhoods. I also strive to provide my investor clients with real estate solutions to meet their financial goals and help secure their futures.

If you are interested in investment property that literally blows the doors off any market across the country then check us out www.kccashflowrentals.com/

I also tried my hand at shooting some video of one of our current rehab projects in Kansas City. I know...the video quality isn't great and my director had something of a shaky hand AND it is a silent movie...BUT at least you can see what a typical rehab looks like BEFORE it gets a makeover. www.youtube.com/watch

Thanks for reading...we'll talk again soon.
